Manual Therapy – Manual Therapy involves the use of highly specialized treatments to diagnose and resolve movement restrictions. Through the use of hands-on techniques, we can reduce muscle tightness, improve joint movement, reduce pain and improve overall function.
Gunn IMS – Intramuscular Stimulation utilizes acupuncture needles, but is rooted in Western Medicine, to penetrate into deep muscle tissue to get contracted, shortened muscles to relax. The goal of the IMS is to release muscle shortening that may be pressing on irritated nerves or joints.
MassageTherapy – Massage Therapy consists of the hands-on treatment of soft tissue for the purpose of increasing metabolism and the activity of the circulatory and lymphatic systems. Massage Therapy can also help decrease tension and improve relaxation in the muscles.
Acupuncture – Acupuncture is an ancient form of Chinese medicine involving the insertion of acupuncture needles into the skin at specific points on the body to achieve a therapeutic effect. Acupuncture is used to encourage natural healing, reduce or relieve pain and improve function of the affected areas on the body.
